We all want to be strong and powerful, but you cannot just flip a switch to get there. Your body requires an efficient warm up protocol to ensure that both your soft tissue and your joints are primed and ready for the added load and dynamic movements in your workout.

DJ47 Warm Up:
- Tissue Work (foam roll, lacrosse ball, etc)
- Range of Motion (mobility, flexibility, etc)
- Activation (bodyweight exercises, banded exercises, etc)
- Movement Prep (similar movements and joint patterns as you will use in your workout)
